EMAC (EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF ANAESTHETIC CRISES)
These 2½-day courses provide techniques in the management of anaesthetic emergencies. They are run in Auckland and Wellington on various dates.
PART 0 COURSE
An introductory course that introduces prospective and new trainees to the training structure, curriculum, trainee welfare and basic clinical skills in anaesthesia
PART 3 COURSE
An interactive programme that gives senior anaesthesia trainees (ATY1-3) an opportunity to explore issues they face in making the transition between RMO and SMO.
